By downloading or using CalcRush, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

CalcRush is a real-time multiplayer math game available on iOS. You must be at least 4 years old (or have parental consent) to use the app. You agree to use the app fairly and not attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or disrupt other players' experience.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information when setting up your profile. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our community standards, including usernames containing inappropriate content.

Premium Subscriptions

CalcRush offers optional premium subscriptions processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

In-App Advertising

Free users may see ads served by Google AdMob. Ads help keep the game free. Premium subscribers receive an ad-free experience.

Intellectual Property

All content within CalcRush — including the game design, graphics, sounds, and code — is owned by Abdullahi Amin Hassan. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

CalcRush is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including loss of game progress, data, or earnings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
